Today, our company has a special news to deliver!
We had a healing workshop from September 26th to 28th in Busan Paradise Hotel.
Paradise hotel is nominated for its excellent services and facilities and our employees had a lovely stay during the workshop.
Also, we had two researchers and Asai professor from Kyushu University to discuss deeply regarding SPH & GPGPU and accompanied our workshop joyfully.
Let’s see through the photos how our first day of the workshop was like! From the view of our hotel’s room, we could see the wide ocean.
On our first day we had our conference and various activities in Panorama room and we would mostly gather in the first floor of the lobby.
Our solution research team and researchers from Kyushu University, separately went to the seminar room to share their thoughts about NFLOW for furthermore development of our software.
Rest of the employees gathered in the Panorama room and held the seminar.
First, our management team had their presentation regarding workplace harassment and the awareness of the disabled. Afterwards, planning & marketing team made presentation related to digital twin. Lastly, our program development team announced about the parallel computing technique.
We also had out executives talk about our company’s future and stories and advices they’d like to tell our employees.
As you may have known through our homepage and other SNS channels, we provide various welfare such as birthday gifts, monthly book purchase fee and workshops so that they could improve their job skills and raise their morale.
After each team’s presentations, we had a ‘team building’ session, the highlight of our workshop!
Thanks to our management team, all our employees could enjoy the various games and activities they have prepared. In order to build the intimacy among the employees, each team was consisted with other department’s members.
Our first game of the team building was to stare at each other and draw one another’s face. It was a hilarious time, and everybody giggled through the pictures they have drawn.
Afterwards, we played an activity named 99 seconds in which the team must pass 5 missions in 99 seconds. Although it was a tough game, it certainly formed teamwork.
Through various games and activities our employees got close to each other and the best team received a gift certificate.
It was a wonderful and enjoyable time where all the employees worked together and become one under the name of E8IGHT.
